Delivery Timeline
Standard pieces typically dispatch in 7–10 business days after order confirmation and payment; transit time then varies by destination, product size, carrier, and delivery location.
Packaging
Glass and lighting products are packed with care to reduce risk during transit. Some delicate or large products may require special packaging.
Delivery Charges
Shipping may be included or charged separately depending on product, quantity, size, location, and quotation terms. Final delivery charges will be confirmed before order confirmation.
Customer Responsibility
Customers must provide accurate name, phone number, address, and delivery location. Delays due to incorrect details are not the responsibility of Samrat Glass Emporium.
Transit Damage
For transit damage, share photos of the product and packaging within 48 hours of delivery. We will assess the claim and confirm the applicable remedy under our Return & Replacement Policy.
